Usage:
|
PVC adhesion promoting agent T-900 mixed with the PVC paste resin. In the PVC paste resin to add 3-8% of the PVC adhesion promoting agent T-900, to mix evenly. In the mixing process to prevent overheating caused by increased viscosity of PVC paste resin. Mixed good PVC paste resin as primer, uniform mixing apply on the surface of cloth and went to 100 ℃ or so pre-bake Road plasticization. Again in the pre-plasticizing the PVC surface, roll coated with a layer of PVC did not increase promoter of PVC paste resin, into the baking Road 130-160 ℃ full plasticization.
