This product is applied to enhance adhesive strength between the PVC paste resin and polyester cloth, nylon cloth, cotton cloth. It is mainly used in manufacturing PVC belt, PVC tarpaulin, PVC advertising cloth and other products. It is easy to use with high adhesion.

This product should be hermetically stored at 5-40 ℃, ventilated, cool, dry place; low-temperature conditions would give rise to higher viscosity of the product which cause it hard to mix artificial, so should try to avoid this product contacting with alcohol, water and other products.

Usage:

Spraying the PVC coating adhesion promoter on the surface of cloth, then in Burkina PVC paste resin coated surface, and then go to 100 ℃ drying Road to pre-plasticize, and then into the baking Road 150-180 ℃ to full plasticized.
PVC promoter mixed with the PVC paste resin. PVC paste resin at 3-8% of the PVC to add accelerator to stir evenly. In the mixing process, preventing overheating caused by increased viscosity of PVC paste resin. Well mixed PVC paste resin as primer, uniform mixing apply on the surface of cloth and went to 100 ℃ or so pre-bake Road plasticization. Again in the pre-plasticizing of PVC surface, roll coated with a layer of PVC did not increase adhesion promoting agent for PVC paste resin, into the baking Road 130-160 ℃ full plasticization. (Note: PVC paste resin should be a good mix that with the use, preferably within half an hour to 1 hour one-time run out.)
Adhesive properties: peel strength of PVC, polyester fabric> = 190N, 5cm, PVC / nylon fabric> = 200N/5cm, PVC / nylon fabric> = 200N/5cm.
